SHIPPING POLICY
We deliver anywhere in the world and strive to ship all orders within one business day. Orders placed after 12 noon AEST will be processed the next business day (ie. orders placed on Friday after 12 noon AEST will be shipped by the following Monday).
We do not process orders or deliveries on public holidays (Indonesia, Australia, and USA), or weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Orders on these days will be processed by the next business day. Business days exclude Saturdays & Sundays was well as holidays in Indonesia and the destination country.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been received and again when it is shipped.
*Note: Items ordered together may not arrive together.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer international shipping to all destinations worldwide and our customer service is standing by to assist with bringing your order home or delivering it to loved ones anywhere around the globe.
For SOUTH EAST ASIA & PACIFIC REGION delivery takes 3 - 5 business days. For other International locations, delivery generally takes 4 - 7 business days.
Orders placed after 2pm AEST will ship the following business day.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped.
Packages are shipped via TNT express international shipping service.
Customs clearance varies from shipment to shipment and from country to country and may effect estimated delivery times.
Please note that shipments outside INDONESIA may be subject to import duties and taxes, and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your respective customs office for further information about specific duties and taxes for your country.
In addition, we are required by law to disclose the full value of package contents and cannot alter the value of your invoice or receipt.
PO BOXES/APO/FPO
Please do not use a PO BOX/APO/FPO as we will decline all shipments to this address and it will take time to reprocess the order.
GIFT CARDS
Shipping and terms are as per any other item purchased, with the exclusion of the redemption policy. Our gift cards can only be redeemed where the initial purchase of the card was made. If the purchase was made instore then it can only be redeemed instore. If it was made online then it can only be redeemed online. All gift cards are non refundable and cannot be returned for cash. Once you have placed your gift card order, our customer service will contact you via email directly to request details of the recipients address, name, email, and other details. Once this is completed we will ship a card of your choosing to the recipient.
